I give you an unholy combination between American and Russian fiction. Energia booster lifts orbiter into the sky like it is nothing with extreme maneuverability and speed. The orbiter itself is equipped with ultra efficient vacuum engines and a main nuclear engine. Alao carries a lander best suited for the moon, but alao equipped with massive drogue chutes to tackle a Cylero landing as well.
