I love automating the LES staging like you've done. Pretty good job, especially if this is your first attempt with vizzy. One suggestion... try using solid rockets on the escape tower for two reasons: 1) the solid rockets will fire at full thrust no matter what the throttle is set at and 2) will provide a lot more power to put the capsule away from an already fast moving rocket.
