The next spacecraft from the Multipurpose Landers series, the Arcturus!
This small (12.8 meter long) thing was made for one thing: to land anywhere you please.
Again tinkered to have 2.2 days of burn time (The previous Altair had unreasonable amount of fuel), same methalox power.

Advantages:
- Its small. Like really. A mere 12.8 meters tall and 6.3 meters wide.
- It's an SSTO. It does not need a rocket to reach orbit.
- The RCS controls on this thing ended up being very stable, making docking easier.
- The 8 engines provide a combined TWR of 1.89 on Earth (as I play in Stellar Neighborhood). You able to toggle individual engine sets (the side Aux. and Main Engines on the bottom, with AG 1 and 2)
- Its stable as a rock. After you landed it (and not utterly destroyed its landing legs), it will stay in place on shallow slopes. To avoid destroying the craft, the safest max landing velocity is 5-8 m/s, depending on the planet/moon.
- Full interior for the Crew Compartment with an openable hatch for EVA in space, or on planets if you manage to get back in.
- Has a retractable ladder. Yes, it's pointless and leads nowhere, but it looks cool. Extends/retracts with AG 8, alongside the landing legs.
- Thanks to one man I don't remember the name of (sorry, I really forgot it), the lander has 2 RTGs I got from a set of 14. No need to worry about power.
- As mentioned above, it is tinkered to have LOTS of fuel. Go anywhere your heart desires, if you can land it there, and not just get disinegrated by the impact.
- Lights. Both interior and landing ones, to light your way while descending into your death on some pitch black place. They have full coverage, and a range of 1500 meters.
- The Crew Module is tough. Like really. If you had a hard landing, the CM will survive it under a certain velocity, while the rest gets torn apart and destroyed by lithobraking. Is this useful? Idk. All I know is that it can do this, even if the windows and detail parts break off.

Known problems:
- It has lots of parts (1031 to be exact)
- While under thrust, it slowly starts to rotate around its central axis, from an unknown reason.
- Has few clipping bugs in certain situations, what I wasn't able to fix.
- No Vizzy. Sorry but my brain wasn't made for that. So you have to use your hands to fly this thing.
- No full interior (aka the hab module/airlock). This is due to hardware limitations.

I hope you will be able to enjoy this craft, and will have some good time while trying to land it somewhere. Have fun!
