If you use the secondary runway you can easily turn east after takeoff.
Engine 3 is not efficient below 20km.
With good piloting it gets to 85km orbit with about 700 to 800 m/s dv. Useful for visiting low Droo orbit.
Only tinkered part is the canopy.
