Also the interstage between the two stages should be an interstage and 1 fairing base.

Make the Interstage radius (bottom) match with the Inertial Upper Stage top fuel tank radius.

The engine is too large and you need to shrink it. The Inertial Upper Stage has 2 USAs and 2 USA flags.

@GSpace Some details are not in his Inertial Upper Stage and he also made the color of the fuel tanks on the bottom the wrong color. Good thing he said it wasn't the final version tho
