This is an improved version of my first 2 flying saucers on SR2. It is now submersible to depths of over 1000 m! It can also fly through mountains and smash into the ground without sustaining any damage! Thanks to @pedro16797 for coming up with the technique used to make it submersible and almost indestructible. Unless you turn on your superpowered thrusters and head straight down in water, it's very difficult to damage this thing at all!
You can use it to fly to and land on any planet in record time. It has a hover mode, normal thrusters, and 6 superpowered thrusters that can be activated for incredible speeds. It flies perfectly straight and can reach seemingly infinite speeds. It can also maneuver well on both land and in the water (to depths under 1020 m), making it perfect for any mission.
Due to the center of mass being so far above the actual flying saucer, you will need to change the camera focus to something on the flying saucer (ex. nose cone) when you start. You can do this by simply changing the camera angle so that you are looking at the ground and then clicking on the flying saucer. After clicking on the flying saucer, a window will come up and you can click on the camera icon to shift the camera focus to that part.
Controls:
Activate translation mode to move!
AG-1 + thrust: Activates Hover Mode
AG-2: Activates superpowered thrusters 1
AG-3: Activates superpowered thrusters 2
AG-4: Activates superpowered thrusters 3
AG-5: Activates superpowered thrusters 4
AG-6: Activates superpowered thrusters 5
AG-7: Activates superpowered thrusters 6
Activate Translation mode to move!
Up arrow: move up
Down arrow: move down
R arrow: move forward
L arrow: move backward
Yaw L: move L
Yaw R: move R
I would recommend activating hover mode only after you are in the air (or in water) otherwise you may drift back very slowly, which may or may not be mildly annoying depending on what your mission is.
I would also recommend only activating the thrusters in one direction at a time. For example, you can thrust forward to get forward speed, release, and then thrust to left instead of trying to thrust forward and to the left simultaneously. This will keep the flying saucer completely flat and working optimally.

@pedro16797 does it actually hover or just look like it? Would you be able to hover at any altitude?

Another funny fact, you can make the craft passively hover with xml modified wheels
@DaBears it actually hovers (you can try my hovercraft if you want to see the results). You can't set the altitude but (I didn't try this, if you get it to work you'll be the first) you can make the wheels so small you can't see them to set the altitude, and if you want configurable altitude maybe with a piston (made so thin you can't see it) you can make it a thing
