RS-23 (SR-23) 'Cat' Sounding Rocket

aka 'Rusty Spotted Cat'

With power-to-weight ratios of no other sounding rocket, a super-compact size, and a main engine that can burn conventional launcher materials almost instantly, the SR-23 is nicknamed after the smallest cat in the world because of its size and power.

Immediately you will notice that the launcher is made out of diamond and gold. This is because the insane heat of the powerful "Solar" solid-rocket engine. In first tests, the launcher caught on fire because it used conventional metal. The "Solar" engine is limited to a max of 30 seconds of burn time at max throttle to avoid a RUD.

Instructions:
1. Feel the need to launch a payload into a sub-orbital trajectory
2. Attach payload
3. Roll launcher onto launchpad (???)
4. Set time to slow motion (optional)
5. Stage
6. SET HEADING TO PROGRADE ASAP
7. Wait until main fuel is at 50%
8. Throttle down to at most 36%
9. Wait until fuel runs out and throttle down to 0%
10. Stage yet again
11. Wait 10 seconds
12. Throttle to 100%
13. Wait 12 seconds
14. Release fairing
15. Release payload
16. Timewarp
17. Re-enter
