The DS-1B is a modified variant of the DS-1A. It has similar performance although tests show it is slightly slower(Mach 3.45-3.5) and slighlty more stable.
This alternate version uses more traditionally shaped wings to the DS-1A and they have been moved slighly.

If you need more range for the plane you can fill the central fuel tank and the rear stabilisers and it will still be able to reach similar top speeds and maintain similar performance
