AG-1 Launch

The Long March 6 launch vehicle is a new generation of non-toxic and non-polluting small liquid launch vehicle developed by the Shanghai Institute of Aerospace Technology of the People's Republic of China (the Eighth Research Institute of China Aerospace Science and Technology Group Corporation).
Long March 6 is a three-stage rocket with a capacity of 500 kg of solar synchronous orbit at 700 km altitude. The rocket has low cost, high reliability, strong adaptability and good safety. Many new technologies have been applied for the first time in China and it is very difficult to develop. The Long March 6 carrier rocket was officially approved and approved by the state in 2009, and completed the field and arrow training at Taiyuan Satellite Launch Center in December 2013.
At 7:01 on September 20, 2015, Long March 6 made its first successful flight at the Taiyuan Satellite Launch Center, marking not only the addition of new members to the family of Long March launch vehicles, but also the creation of a new record for multi-satellite launches with one rocket in China's space industry. This is also the first launch of China's new generation launch vehicle.
