This is my first ever passenger plane and I couldn’t figure out how to have the engines below the wings and not have the things spin out of control so I just made invisible engines and DO NOT ACTIVATE AG 1

hello! You could attach the engines to the tank, and with "translate part tool" could have moved under the wings. The game will assume that these engines are attached to the tanks, but in fact they are under the wings. Maybe my advice helped you. good luck!
