Auto Credit Based on LonelySpaceGuy's Jundurance (Mothership Only)

This will be my final version of the Jundurance (Endurance) ship that includes four (4) Colonization Pods with interior that can detach individually from the ship and be docked by a lander and ferried down unto a planet's surface to start a base - This one aspect of the ship from the movie Interstellar that not all fans know about. To supplement this detaching pods/modules, there are now "doors" on each ends of the detachable colony pods and the crew/engine modules beside them that are closed by default and can be opened with a slider to keep the ship sealed and safe for the crew when colony pods depart.

You now have a space station orbiter, service craft, mini rovers (on the landers cargo hold) and colony base - all on one ship.

INSTRUCTION:
Put the ship on to orbit in the save location tab (although I have successfully launched the whole Jundurance ship into orbit from the launchpad)

1.Undock then activate a Lander from the Jundurance and rotate with its belly facing towards a the roof of a nearby colony pod - a colony pod has a large docking port on its roof - and carefully maneuver to align the Lander's belly docking port with one on the colony pod. RCS is activated by default.
This might take awhile, as the lander will try to snug its bulky body in between the adjacent modules.

  1. Once docking with the pod is successful, manually locate two "detachers" from each end of the colony pod usually hidden beside a command pod on the module access tubes and activate them - the colony pods are arranged in "X" and is between an engine and a crew habitation module (crew habitation module form a "cross" pattern).

  2. Once detached and with the RCS, maneuver the Lander (now with a colony pod) UP and FORWARD and slowly move away from the Jundurance.

  3. Deorbit using the landers main 6 rear engines, and when deorbit is completed, pitch up such that the underside of the pod is facing the atmosphere, deactivate the main engines and activate the vertical engines to use it as a brake to further slow down. Youl'll be using the vertical engines up until landing.

  4. Level the lander when altitude is below 3000m and retrograde vertical. Further slow down to below 80m/sec.

  5. At the instant you are about 50m or below 50m from the ground (vertical velocity must be below 20m/sec at this point) Press "Pod Detach" once or twice in the Lander's activation group to release the pod, then rapidly increase power to gain altitude again. The Colony pod should remain intact when dropped from this altitude and speed.

7.Finally land the Lander on ground using the vertical engines (or in combination of the main rear engine). maneuver your landing spot near the colony pod you just dropped.

NOTE:
There are no activation group for "colony pods detach" - this ensures the Jundurance remain intact by manually detaching them one by one. Up to two adjacent colony pods can be detached and keep the Jundurance flyable. Once 3 or more are detached, the Jundurance will completely be disassembled.
