This is a really unique design. Is it supposed to be an interplanetary or interstellar vehicle? The dV is a bit high for interplanetary use, but too low for interstellar use. It is highly detailed and I admire that, but I'd love to see a lower part count version so landers or spaceplanes can be docked without poor framerate. It looks like there are a lot of parts that could be replaced with longer parts edited to be larger than the build limits. You can do that by opening hidden properties under the tinker panel. You can also set supportWarpBurn to true in the RocketEngine configuration to allow burn in timewarp too. I know it looks nice, but also consider the angle of the engines. It leads to something called cosine loss. For example, at an angle of 15 degrees the effective, usable dV becomes only 96.5% vs 100% if they were not angled. It is a simple calculation ( dV_effective = dV * cos (angle of engines) ). All that aside, nice job.
