I want to have a docking system that astronauts can pass through to use on my Phoenix 4 capsule when it comes out. This is my first version, and is far from finished. I will add and change many things before it is done.
To Use:
- Make a save location in orbit
- Launch this craft from that save location
- Set slider 1 to 50-100%, then switch to the other craft and do the same thing
- On any of the two crafts, set your target to the command chip on the other craft and lock your heading on target
- Use RCS to slowly move towards the other craft
- Once touching of very close, set silder 1 to about -70%
- Switch to the other craft and set slider 1 to about -70%
Notes:
- This is a very early version, and it does not work perfectly
- The final version will probably be much smaller, I just made this one very big so it is easier to use
- There are many features I already know I will add that are not on this version.

@Staticalliam7 that is hard because the whole idea of this was to make it easier to dock, but if I add any docking ports it will get harder. I sort of gave up on this idea because of that. I was thinking that maybe after docking I could add an extendable arm that docks with the other side so it is still easier than just using a port.

@Chtite451SR2 Oh I forgot that when you wrap it falls apart. Hopefully I can get it to work with a real docking port. The idea behind the design was that droods can pass through the middle.

nice! you shoukd make it so droods can pass through ;)
but then theres a problem with that concept,
if you warp or something like that its all gonna dissasemble...
so your gonna have to cram some actual ports in there :/
This looks like the docking system of Interstellar Endurance
