The Vizzy program can be used to solve some of the problems encountered when launching a rocket from a non-equatorial position, such as the fact that the speed will gradually deviate from the direction of the rocket during flight (which is more obvious in real earth).
These problems can be fixed manually or programmatically to reduce delta-v losses

@SelectAKey This code is initiated during launch and gravity steering, so it can only be used on rockets. But there are some interesting algorithms that might be useful in other ways

This might become an excellent part of an automatic orbit program like KAL by @Kell. Might be a contribution to a greater version of that or a competitive new program with a nice niche role for people launching from those non-equatorial positions.
