Perfected hollow docking mechanism concept. Now your Droonaut can go through the docking port. With 6 degrees of freedom, don't worry if your craft is not well aligned, just hit the port to dock

Yes, just add this docking port to your sub assembly list. now you can have docking port with interior. Make sure to use 'Snap Here' part to attach to your main craft. Use part search tool will help, search "snap here". The vizzy code located on MFD named dockCPU

Uhh ik this is old but ihm isn't the main DP o the hatch section unnecessary as there are the smaller ones a d u need to line up the DPs anyway
