The PLV 7 is a launch vehicle that can get a spacecraft or satellite into geosynchronous transfer orbit. It had 2 boosters and was small compared to other Piano launch vehicles. It can carry a spacecraft with 5 solar panels and can hold 2 Droods and 2 tourists.

Notes:
Unfortunately I only put 1 crew into the capsule. Once you download it, please add crew and tourists yourself.
