This is a heavily modified version of the crewed ESS Generation vehicle designed to land on the surface on the moon and be reused in space.
It has swapped the sea-level engines for 3 more vacuum optimised engines and has been given 6 Electric pump-fed engines for use during lunar operations (landing, take off and orbital adjustments for docking).
It has also been given a new array of solar panels 6 static panels under the engines and 2 large movable panels on the opposite side.
The lunar engines don't have any gimbal due to their location so you will have to activate the RCS during landings to help control the vehicle.
Due to the way Eos was designed you should only need to refuel after you have docked to the orbiting station or refueler, you should have enough Delta-V to make it from the sub-orbital trajectory the booster puts it in to landing on the moon and then returning to lunar orbit and docking with a station/refueler. However if you want to be safer you could dock to a station to refuel before attempting a landing.
After the first landing and docking cycle you will need to refuel if you want to complete another cycle.
