New Buran, SSTO Rocket Shuttle
Fictional futuristic design with traditional rocket engine based on old buran. The wings provide altitude compensation and the fuel tank have enough delta V budget to reach orbit. It can reach orbit with very small payload or warhead, or may be can reach the moon with additional booster.

5. The center of mass doesn't change with fuel outflow, it designed carefully.
