By using two hinges with xml forced connections it looks like all the stability problems dissappear, you may find this useful if you want to make a Starship replica. Feel free to edit this one so you already have the hinges.
Don't expect this to be a replica of anything, I just wanted a quick rocket to test the wings and they perform way better than I thought they would
