if you guys want to go at warp speed inside the atmosphere at 1-5k attitude with 1-5° angle and didnt want the craft to explode, make sure to set your throttle at 5-20%, if you set the throttle to 100%, the docking will detach itself, and causing lander hit the craft and explode.

And yeah guys there is a bug, when you undock and redock the lander, then warping, the lander that u undock and redock will detach itself smh, and i have no idea how to fix it.
