Hey I have an idea, what if you add a second stage so that the craft can get into orbit.
Once it gets into orbit the warhead then can hang around in orbit undetected by the (imaginary) enemies until you decide to deorbit it and make it fall to drooBasically you can have multiple undetected warhead that is standing by in orbit until you decided to drop it into the ground
