Sr-1 Normandy Testing

Sry about the delay it is very odd that nobody does this craft. It would Be nice to see it work

I noticed this too! That’s why I went and made the Normandy because really I just want to inspire someone better than me to make one. However I am absolutely set on making this thing have all the flight characteristics of the Normandy as close as possible to the cutscenes in mass effect. It will be fun testing this thing to try and get it to fly right. I think I’m going to start by making it able to glide without engines and then add just enough thrust to the engines to allow it to fly fast in atmosphere but not too fast it starts doing flips. Also the engines on this test craft are activated with the control panel with #1 I think just in case you didn’t try that already. It doesn’t fly though only does back flips as of right now. Also I think the warp drive is activated with the control panel. I’m about to go back on my computer and work on this.

@Mrpuffinstuff it might have been a glitch on my part because the craft ran out of fuel but I see your the only one that has something from mass effect and that is another reason I want to see you finish this

Well there is enough fuel because I told the engines to consume 0 fuel. But It’s just testing I was messing with the a mod tool that allowed me to change the thrust of ion engines into a type of thrust engine that works in atmosphere and in space. I brought it over to simple rockets 2 mobile to test the warp drive and if it makes the game crash...it doesn’t. I totally forgot about this thing I am going to get back on my computer and keep editing I need to adjust the thrust and aero to make it fly in atmosphere. I might need to make the engine arms to come out at a flatter angle to make it gain lift when in atmosphere. @Thunderstorm5796
