Contains a large amount of fuel for Refeuling rockets. Drive it alongside a rocket and use 1 to open the cargo bay. Then use slider one and 2 to allign the docking port with the ships and it will begin fueling. V2 will contain an improved fueling mechanism.

@mjdfx150529 actually on new improved version rn I have a small lunar station where I land my crafts. The rover collects fuel from base and then brings it over to the craft for refueling.
