If used correctly you csan get to luna! or something like that
The program doesnt delete. That is a bug with the game. not with the rocket

FYI, I don't think the display of "If used Correctly, This rocket can reach Luna" is a bug in the game. Your center nose cone (part id 10) has a flight program on it that is displaying this string (any part can have a flight program added to it via the tinker panel). While there is no way to remove a flight program once it has been added (without modifying the XML), you can select that nose code, click the "Edit Flight Program" button in the part properties panel, and delete the
Start
instruction and everything connected to it. This will get rid of that errant display.
I'm not making this up, here is a fixed version with screenshots of the problem: https://www.simplerockets.com/c/R0go46/TheSams-100km-Challenge-Vizzy-Program-Fix
I realize it may not be obvious at first glance, but your craft can have multiple flight programs, and yours really does have one in the center nose cone that was displaying that string. Your craft XML doesn't lie.
