The Juno Jupiter probe is the second exploration project implemented by NASA's "Xinjiang Border Program" (the first project is the new Horizon probe launched in 2006). Juno was built by Lockheed Martin in the United States, and NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory is responsible for the operation of the entire detection mission. The name of the detector "Juno" is the wife of the god Jupiter in Roman mythology. Jupiter used his mana to cover himself with clouds, but Juno could see through these clouds and understand the true face of Jupiter, so the name of the probe was also borrowed from its meaning, hoping that it could unlock the hidden secrets of the gas giant planet surrounded by clouds.
