First off I wanna say this is one heck of build that I under took. I learned a lot from this and I'm glad it's semi finished but I will get to that in a minute. This really pushed to understand how to mover parts, rotate things. This honestly is probably the most complex thing I have ever made on Simpleplanes or on here.
Now, the help issue. When in orbit it vibrates so much it destroys its self. I reduced weight a lot. the cost thing is because the tug has unlimited fuel. I dont know if that is the cause but maybe someone can help on or or give me advice on how to fix it..

@Planefun Do you have a gmail account. My creation still is not anywhere near complete. And I dont think I can send a screenshot through this simple rockets site

@Planfun sorry for the late reply but I think I know that now lmao. I learned that through trail and error. Thats why I put fuel adapters on the centrilized gyroscope and scaled them up to be the size of the fuel tanks and they actually look pretty good.

Don’t use docking ports with high weight @Gracefulwarrior

@Planefun I had the same shaking and destroying bit with my space station. I had huge fuel tanks on the side and attached to a docking port and it would always start with the tanks. I had a centralized gyroscope. I think it might be a problem with how much weight a docking port can move at once, and might be fixed by having enough rcs or gyroscopes spread throughout the build to spin everything almost equally. I unfortunatly can't download it to figure out the problem because my phone would explode with that number of parts.

That’s what I was going to do last night but I was in the middle of packing my house up. So I had to do that, but tonight I’ll get to it. @AstronautPlanes

@Planefun A temporary fix would be to go to the Thinker panel and turn off the colission boxes on the part of the station that starts to vibrate...

By the way, this is one of the most detailed stations I have seen.

Sounds much like collider mesh issue. Set some intersecting parts collision to "none" or "do nothing" in tinker panel, especially they're in different group.
