This Rocket can launch to a Maximum of 290 km and circulize itself, It runs KAL, By @KellyNyanBerry. You have to land it yourself though. The capsules fuel consumption is high so only use the engines when you need to. I reccomend you land on water but It can land on land, When it loads in turn on RCS.
