Its a hill..but it is orbit capable and has a fuel refinery(press 1 to produce methalox)..it has some trees, a solar panel around the outside for electricity, a crew cabin, and a runway with a docked ship for transporting cargo between them. It has a methalox engine at the bottom and has theoretically infinite delta-v, but no one has infinite time. Either refuel in orbit with a tank craft or use the refinery. The 'land' starts empty of fuel, and filling it up will affect the ability of the rocket to take off.
