The HC9 Solid Rocket Motor STR (short for satellite transport rocket) is a hydrogen-carbon engined rocket used to transport many different satellite. Since this is an early rocket though, it costed way more to get such a thing into space. It helped launch 6 major studying satellites into space. It's bronze alloy armoring along with a few aluminum coating helps it survive the heat on the first stage.
