Hello comrades!

Today I introduce the russian workhorse the R-7. This later became what we know as the souyz today which still flies. The R-7 was ahead of its time in 1961 and beat the americans at puting a man and woman in space.

About the replica:
1:1 scale and accurate performance (maybe a little op though)
Powered by pure communism(joking)
can Korolev cross
Empty payload

I will probably make a vostok or sputnik to fly on this at some point

Until next time, enjoy!

I believe it’s due to the verniers on the R-7 there’s 8 extra by accident :/ plus there are separator motors. @CedandRossSpaceAgency

Actually combining the boosters with the first stage, their total amount of engines is 28. Why is there 40 engines?
