I would recommed to get rid of the fairing at 35,000 and get rid of the first parachutes at 25,000 then put the engines to hundred and disconnet as soon it touches.
I also noticed that at 30,000 it immedialety goes to 25,000 on mars's atomoshpere, so watch out.(Tell me if this happened to you or my pc is weird.)
