The Pheobe Lander was designed as Periodic’s next generation of Lunar landers after Hyperion experianced several design failures that were exposed upon landing, leading to the cancellation of the Hyperion program. Pheobe is much Lighter than Hyperion, only 8 tonnes compared to Hyperion’s 14 tonnes.
The Lander that is given to you in the designer is The Pheobe Mission 2 lander, “Artemis”. Launches of Pheobe Landers were switched from Prometheus V 541 rockets to Prometheus V 561 rockets as soon as they became available because the likelihood of reaching the moon successfully was increased with a higher delta V. Pheobe has Managed to land on Hyperpatch’s RSS moon from a launch on earth.
