This craft is roughly based on the saturn 1B It has a Powerful lower stage that will usually accelerate you to fast to be effiecent in the lower atmosphere, so feather the throttle a little. It can comfortably put pretty much any payload into LDO that can fit in the fairing.
This was the Empire of the Stars First rocket able to comfortably put payloads into space, and helped heavily to unlock the rest of the the Droo system to exploration and colonies.

Oh yea i completely forgot to mention that the second stage has a computer chip, so you can de-orbit it.
