Firstly you will need to launch two "21K" tankers on LEO.

After that launch 19K and dock tankers to it.

After refueling launch 7K-L3 crew vechicle and dock it to booster.

After landing switch to L3, open hatch and unfold ladder. Detach it before liftoff.
