They don't exactly have to be on top of each other but the com being a bit in front is fine too. Also center of lift is blue not yellow and center of thrust is yellow. Maybe his is different cause he's in mobile or something idk. Just make sure to line up center of mass very precisely w the engines. Also you're gonna wanna add a tail or it's gonna flip around when u try to fly it normally.
