During the development of the MLV-15A-16A, MSEA (Mercury Space Exploration Agency) Doing a commission of A Medium Lifter (MLV) That capable launching 16.5 Tons Payload To LEO And That how MLV-15A-16A Born Its cheaper, Powerful, Lighter and Has Retractable Tug Engine Attached To TGR-16 Tug Module make Interstage smaller and lighter
The MLV-15A-16A is Another creation that i made but yea this one is refined. After Learning from Youtube and the Guide i finally Make it and safely I make the Part count under 300 Parts So its still mobile friendly and yea its still less detail or less decorated but im still learning
