The issue is that the plane is not balanced so it will always veer to the right. Start by removing the x-offsets in the fuselage and then using the mirror function to ensure all the wings are on the correct side. The other problem is that you’re using rotators to control pitch, but those are typically not very responsive compared to control surfaces. I recommend removing the rotator and changing the rear control surfaces to pitch control
