This is a rocket that contains a "drop pod" which allows you to release an armed plane. Activate next stage to release the drop pod and activate the engine on the drop pod until your velocity is almost 0 (engine on the drop pod is facing opposite direction as the main engine on rocket). When you have very little velocity, release the armed plane (stage activated). Simply turn on the planes engines and deploy the wings to gain control of the plane. You can alternatively release the plane at any velocity but it will take a bit longer to gain control of the plane.
