@Freeskyaerospace sorry it took so long, I got distracted
Also, I decided to post the original version separately
@Freeskyaerospace alright. Let me just add the bomb to the finished one, then I'll post them as a group
@kansaspilot yeah post it
@Freeskyaerospace dispite me losing, If you want me to post the car anyway, I can do that.
Its actually a pretty cool little drag car.
Its got a completely custom made open top cabin made mostly from structural panels, with a windshield, and a cool view from the drivers first person view.
In addition to that, the car itself just has that classic hotrod dragster look and feel to it.
The final version ended up looking completely different from the first version , and even though the final version is faster, the first version looks and handles way better.
Since the versions are so different, if I do post the car, I might post all of them (or just post them together)
@Freeskyaerospace you win by the way.
I built a car thats lighter, has more engine power, and generates less drag than yours, yet somehow its still slower.
Best I can manage is 240 by the end of the runway
@kansaspilot ha, yeah i tried making another craft like this and it didn't work
@Freeskyaerospace Ive spent the entirety of the last hour and a half trying to figure out how you got the wheels to spin so fast.
It took me that long to realize you used electric motors to speed them up lol.
@Freeskyaerospace well I don't have a degree yet, but I'm working on it.
If your work is good enough, a degree becomes more of a formality than a necessity in the art world any way, which means I'm spending unnecessary money on the degree.
Even without the degree though, the programs used for what I do are super expensive. (Adobe Creative Cloud subscription costs 50 dollars a month)
But hey, I'm not taking out student loans, so at least theres that.
@kansaspilot oh lmao art degrees
@Freeskyaerospace what do I mean about what?
About being a broke artist?
I meant that as an artist, I have lots of spare time, and I also decided to make the stereotypical broke artist joke.
@kansaspilot wdym
@Freeskyaerospace
Being a freelance artist really has its perks, for example, all this free time I've got that I can spend on building this car.
It also has its downsides though. For example, artists are generally broke most of the time.
@Freeskyaerospace alright, thx for letting me know
@kansaspilot it's awd, nitro were ion engines (hardly any propulsion just for show)
@Freeskyaerospace alright.
By the way, is your car front wheel drive, rear wheel drive, or all wheel drive?
Also, what did you use for nitro?
@kansaspilot i used the runway as a drag strip
@Freeskyaerospace what did you use as the racetrack?
@kansaspilot and please make it look happy, mine looks like it’s been through a lot
@kansaspilot top this, 280 m/s, no rockets, stays on the ground
@AxisAerospace one has space, and one has weapons
@kansaspilot
Whats the difference...??....
@AxisAerospace nonsense, even if craft are interchangeable between the two games, they would still be very different games.
@Freeskyaerospace
Yes... If it is introduced then simple plane creations can be easily downloaded but... There is a problem.....
If it happens then there will be no use of The game Simple Planes.... Simple Rockets 2 meet the all requirements there.... So people will only play Simple Rockets 2.... Might be of this cause Dev is not doing so.... I think
Maybe in SR2 it could be a combination of parts @AxisAerospace
@AxisAerospace we need a missle part
