The Ceres Block 2 is an “Upgraded” version of the Ceres Launch Vehicle capable of sending “Medium” sized satellites to Luna. Onboard is the Genesis Lunar Recon Satellite (GLRS). Genesis will be used to scout out possible areas on the Lunar surface for a second outpost. Genesis is equipped with 2 satellite dishes, a large one (top) and small one (bottom). Both are planned to be used at the same time, one for scanning the surface, and the other for sending data back to Droo. Finally, Genesis has 4 retrorockets that are used to get the satellite to Lunar orbit, orbital adjustments, and de-orbit.
NOTE: The second stage lacks the delta-v to reach luna, use as little fuel for getting to orbit so you don’t have to use the RetroRockets on the satellite. If you do need to however, don’t be afraid, as there’s plenty of delta-v on the satellite to get to lunar orbit. Enjoy
