Mid maneuverable, it has very limited main engine fuel and its not precisely designed for medium or low orbit space stations.
Due to slow orbit speed at cislunar space (about 580 m/s), main engine power is enough to deorbit directly in to the atmosphere or just deorbiting at luna for reaching a safe zone orbit.
