Remember that the Valkyrie starship is claimed to have a 0.920c top speed. It would require a mass ratio of 22. The propulsion system's specific impulse would be around 9 million seconds by that logic. That sounds about right for antimatter, theoretically speaking. Your vehicle has a mass ratio of 12.78, so your total dV and theoretical top speed should be 0.785c given the same propulsion system. I have revised the propulsion system to reflect this here:
