This is a small space station, or the core of a larger one. If contains habitation (capacity 9), a means of changing its orbit, power (solar panels) and docking. The craft that transports the crew to the station will supply the means of escape and can be fuelled from the station. It also includes RCS and a camera near the front docking port.
Once launched into a low orbit it can reach any Droo orbit (and probably some moons orbits as well) and return to low Droo orbit or dispose in atmosphere. If it is to be used to refuel crew transports the highest orbit it can reach and return from is about 2000km unless additonal fuel is supplied.
It includes a work-in-progress Vizzi program for raising or lowering to a near circular orbit. Tested for 400km and 1000km orbits. Probably works for a synchronous orbit (8804 km for Droo) (it worked once but needs retesting after some fixes). For high orbit (90% to way to SOI) it fails to perform the orbit circularisation burn. For low orbit the eccentricity is too high and the periapsis is within the atmosphere.
