This is a fictional craft (even though I've stolen the design from the vega rocket), and it's fully automatic.
It can carry about 20 tons into a 200 by 180 km orbit in auto mode. If you launch manually, you can get a lot higher than this, but I'm too lazy to adjust it. I haven't tinkered with anything (except for the dummy payload and the launchpad), so I've not gained any unfair delta-V that way. All you have to do to launch, is just activate activation group 1, and watch.
