A spacecraft using only 8 tons and 1 million dollars that is able to reach orbit. Uses RCS nozzles as propulsion and no stages.
It can be a little tricky to get to orbit. Here is how I did it:
Get to around a 30-40km apoapsis before doing a gravity turn. The gravity turn is almost to 0 degrees.
Reach above a 60km apoapsis (61-63km) after burning to it.
Burn just before apoapsis, (<10 seconds) time warp again to under <10 seconds, and repeat.
This gets into a Droo orbit, 0 stages needed.
