the total Delta V (gained speed) in the craft details is listed as total of 30.9 Km/s , which is more than enough to go anywhere but it's unreal DeltaV because stage 1 and stage 2 share the same fuel tank (apart from the solid engines) , so you need to arrange your staging and engines properly.
there's too much RCS and they stuck together, you need less and separate them so they can do the desired torque to orient the craft. the location of the mono-propellant tank doesn't matter, you can set the separating parts between the tank and nozzle to "fuel line", this is like extending line from the tank to the nozzle but careful because "fuel line" allow any engine to draw fuel from any tank containing its fuel type if the separating part is set to "fuel line"
