Pretty sublime build here; why would you need an upper cargo bay door unless you were to somehow transport a massive object with some sort of crane inside of it (ie. An orbital rocket?). Either you’d launch with a roller mechanism that the rocket drops out of the rear and fires to space, or is unfolded from a flying launchpad embedded within the plane itself. Anything else would be impossible to put in with the fuel tanks blocking the rear door from using all the cargo space.
