KC-30 Stratostation

The DSC/Hill Tech KC-30 Stratostation is a Military aerial refueling aircraft developed to extend the operating range of the D.S.C.A.F. (Droo Space Center Air Force). Developed from an experimental cargo plane, it has a range of 1,600 km without needing to rely on additional fuel (fuel that would be otherwise used to refuel other crafts), a cruise speed of 250 m/s, and a service ceiling of 11km. Two large fuel tanks in the front and aft of the craft, totaling over 54,000kg of fuel is enough to completely refuel an E-1 Watchdog with fuel to spare. It is also able to refuel ground crafts and vice versa with two different sized ports on the rear of the craft.
Important notes for DSC/Hill Tech KC-30
-When landing, it is crucial for the nose to never raise over 5°, or else it is possible that the boomstick can be damaged. The same is true for take-off.
-When landing, it is suggested to have flaps ~40%, throttle ~35%, and touchdown speeds of 135-140 m/s. It goes without saying that the bank angle of the craft should be between 0-2 as the engines have little ground clearance and could hit the ground
-Since this is a heavy craft, be sure that your altitude decreases EXTREMELY slow to avoid destroying landing gear and consequently a wing (or both wings).
-When landing, the most vulnerable part is a protruding strut above the landing gear, it is not necessary to the integrity of the landing gear, so don't be alarmed if it takes damage or explodes on impact.
-To maintain an altitude of 8-9km flaps should be ~40% and trim anywhere between 0-10%. adjust as needed especially when reaching cruise speed.
-From ground to 8km can take up to 5% of fuel if done correctly.
-Setting Trim from 100 to -100 quickly tends to make elevators snap...no bueno
