After about 4 long years I have descided to start uploading again. Formerly known as Xlyr3, I am dedicated to building more inovative and detailed crafts than I have before. To debut my new generation of aircraft I present to you... the Kestrel-1 #About The Craft The Kestrel-1 is a full electric, weapon capable surveilance UAV. The droods of Droo demanded a capable craft able to observe and deliver payloads at long range and the Drood Aerospace & Defence Corporation responded with a more than capable craft. >Comes with Autopilot features *Basic take-off, level hold and loitering modes controlled by a modified PID controller (The vizzy is crude but it works) *An Emergency land function, I haven't figured out how to make it return to the runway... yet, but it can land pretty smoothly on almost any terrain... almost.
