In a world where the soviet union had a new leader after Stalin, it never collapsed, but failed to gain much more land - and after a stalemate in the cold war, the USSR and USA decided to work together in science and exploration. This one of the first results of that collaboration, in soviet colours. I may make an american version later, maybe not.
